OUR WINES
D.O. Rías Baixas | Ribeira do Ulla
Folía de Chaos is more than a wine; it represents our lands
Intends to be a homage, in our way, to the rural relations from the old times. To the solidarity between neighbours who helped each other, at those working days that could end in celebration.
We strive to preserve the essence of the Valley by recovering traditional grape varieties.
“Respecting history and the land is the first step to create a wine with its own identity.”
